With reference to the above Gold Loan Account, I am tendering you money to close the above Gold Loan account. In this connection, I hereby undertake:

i)                    Acceptance by the Bank of the amount, does not ipso facto imply recognition on its part of the tender’s title to the security held against the advance;

ii)                   In the event of the tenderer being unable to prove his title to the security to the Bank’s satisfaction, the Bank will be under no obligation to refund the amount; and

iii)                 That the Bank reserves to itself the right to deliver the relative security to the person establishing his title thereto in a manner acceptable to it.
